Information You Submit
Names, phone numbers, and addresses entered into a search box are handled by the outside provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those queries. A direct message gives us the information in that message, which we use to respond.
Routine Technical Data
Hosting services create normal logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review aggregate activity to maintain the service and understand use of the reference. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics or advertising measurement where used.
How Limited Data Is Used
Limited data helps operate the reference, address technical issues, measure traffic, and improve the material. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links may lead to Roselle, Union County, New Jersey, library, archive, and third-party search services. Their own notices control information submitted after leaving this reference. That includes sponsored-result services supplied by another company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process routine logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. Information is disclosed when required by valid legal process and otherwise only as needed to operate the reference.
Safeguards and Retention
The reference uses an encrypted connection, and routine logs are kept only for the operational purposes described above. There are no visitor accounts, passwords, or user profiles maintained here.
Visitors Under 18
The reference is intended for adults and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect a minor’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted information, and we will remove it.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on residence and applicable law, a visitor may seek access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by a website. Because this reference retains very little, we can check the contact mailbox and relevant logs and remove what we find. Use the contact page to make that request. Records held by New Jersey, Union County, or Roselle offices are outside our control. The New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., governs public-record requests to government custodians, not removal requests to this private reference.
Policy Revisions
Any revised policy will appear here. Continued use after a posted revision indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
